This makes our packs the most water resistant, burr proof, durable, and quietest packs available. We use the heaviest zippers available # 10 YKK coil zipper for main compartments, and #8 YKK Zippers for the pockets. We use YKK as they are the leader in the zipper industry and this is usually the first problem area a pack will have.
